These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QuestBreak mobile application and related services (the "App"), provided by QuestBreak ("we", "us", or "our"), based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms and the applicable End User License Agreement, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer

QuestBreak encourages physical movement and activity. The App is not a medical or fitness device and does not provide medical advice. Always be aware of your surroundings when completing quests, and do not use the App while driving or in any situation where doing so could be unsafe. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any new activity if you have a medical condition. You participate in quests at your own risk.

4. Purchases & Subscriptions

The App offers a free tier and paid plans (including annual subscription and one-time lifetime options). All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Subscription pricing, renewals, and cancellations are managed through your app store account. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law;
• use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App;
• circumvent, disable, or otherwise tamper with quest verification or security features.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, content, logos, and "Change Your View" and "QuestBreak" branding, is owned by QuestBreak and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that quest verification will be accurate in all conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuestBreak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India for the resolution of any disputes.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
