End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and QuestBreak ("we", "us", or "our"), based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, for the use of the QuestBreak mobile application, including all related software, content, and updates (the "Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Software on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement and the usage rules of the app store from which you obtained the Software.

2. Restrictions

You agree that you will not, and will not permit others to:

• copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software;
• distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the Software to any third party;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law;
• remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Software;
• use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold, to you. QuestBreak retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.

4. In-App Purchases

The Software may offer paid features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases. All transactions are processed by the applicable app store and are subject to that store's terms. Your license to paid features is conditioned on your payment of the applicable fees.

5. Updates

We may provide updates, upgrades, or patches to the Software. Such updates are governed by this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate license, in which case the terms of that license govern.

6. Third-Party Terms (Apple & Google)

If you obtained the Software from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and QuestBreak only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Software or its content, and Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Software. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it against you. If you obtained the Software from Google Play, your use is additionally subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuestBreak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Software.

9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your devices.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
